IBDD wishes to become a national reference in the struggle for the rights of people with disabilities.

IBDD programs and guiding principles are:

• To develop new ways of eliminating the cycle of exclusion and isolation that prevents disabled people from accessing their rights.
• To promote disability issues as a priority in the social-political sphere.
